Octagym small group fitness classes

WOD (Wokout of the Day) – A high intensity workout which results in strength and power gains, improved endurance levels, increased balance and coordination, weight loss and improved body shape.  Includes some weightlifting to increase and build strength.

BOOTCAMP UMLIMITED –  Class is held outdoors – and is designed to build strength and fitness, incorporating a variety of  exercises using weights and/or body weight, to assist with fat loss, and increase cardiovascular efficiency.
