Advance bookings are recommended in order to avoid disappointment. At the time of reservation please advise us of any medical conditions, pregnancy or menstruation so that we ensure we select the appropriate treatment accordingly.
Bookings are re-confirmed 1 day in advance. If 3 attempts to reach you prove unsuccessful your appointment will be automatically released.
In line with health & safety requirements children under the age of 13 years are not permitted in the spa. Children between the age of 13 and 16 years need to be accompanied by an adult guardian.
For the ideal experience and to achieve the maximum benefit from your spa visit we recommend you arrive 30minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to change, relax and enjoy the facilities in preparation of your treatment.
Regretfully, arriving late may result in your treatment time being shortened lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment, in which case full appointment value will still be charged.
The use of our experience showers, sauna and whirlpool facilities are complimentary with treatments. Alternatively, a day use charge for non-members 125 DHS & for members is 110 DHS. Kindly be reminded to bring your modest swimwear along with you for use in the wet areas.
While all care is taken, the management will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings. We request all customers to look after their valuables.
Cancellation / No Show:
A minimum of 1 day in advance notice period is required when re-scheduling or canceling an appointment, group bookings and packages. All confirmed appointments are subject to 100% Cancellation and No Show charges that will be levied to your account on your next visit.
Gift vouchers are available for purchase at the spa reception for a specific treatment, package or value and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Gift voucher value or any part thereof cannot be redeemed against retail products.
If you wish to extend your spa experience at home our products may be purchased from our retail area in the reception hallway. Once a retail transaction has been processed and the product is taken out of the spa, refunds or exchange will not be possible.
Payment & Prices:
We accept cash payment in AED and acknowledge Visa, Diners and Master credit cards. Prices and offerings are subject to change at any time without prior notification. No refund is given on treatments or retail products.
