Specialty My areas of specialty include multi-functional, circuit, weight loss/gain, core, strength, coaching and specific sports conditioning training.
I am married and blessed with an amazing husband and son. I’m very adventurous, and love to workout, cycle and hike. As an ex-lifeguard, being in the water is my favorite pastime, from floating and sleeping in the water to long distance swimming.
