BARRE/BARRE SCULPT – incorporates elements of dance, Pilates, cardio and strength training to create a high-energy and dynamic class. Taught to music, Barre classes focus on strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability. It is a program geared for everyone – no dance experience required!

BODY CONDITIONING – a total body workout that can improve your overall fitness. Body Conditioning classes are ideal if you simply want to get in great shape and feel better about your body. You’ll be better toned and physically fitter.

BOXERCISE – is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, pad-work, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups.

STRETCH – Stretch and lengthen each muscle group in this quick yet effective class.

STEP AND TONE –  Choreographed to high energy music, this class offers a great cardio and strength workout. It focuses on abdominal work in order to complete your full-body workout, great for increasing cardio, toning your muscles, and burning off those calories.

TONE & SCULPT – a mix of strength, core and posterior chain workouts; a great foundational class with lots of options to accommodate all fitness levels.

BELLY FIT – It requires overall body movement, with the focus placed squarely on the pelvic area and hips. This is a solo form of belly dancing, which sees the participant improvise to the rhythm of exotic Middle Eastern music. Dancers are expected to express the emotions contained within this music through their movements.
