FAT BURNER – While maintaining the heart rate high to burn fat, areas are targeted such as waist, abs, under arms, buttocks and thighs.

BODY CONDITIONING –  A total body workout that can improve your overall fitness, Body Conditioning classes are ideal if you simply want to get in great shape and feel better about your body. You’ll be better toned and physically fitter.

BOXERCISE – is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups.

BARRE/BARRE SCULPT – incorporates elements of dance, Pilates, cardio and strength training to create a high-energy and dynamic class. Taught to music, Barre classes focus on strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability. It is a program geared for everyone – no dance experience required!

THE ZUU – Only 20 minutes – a form of high intensity interval training that uses movements from the animal kingdom.  ZUU uses seven primal and natural human movements for a full body workout push, pull, bend, twist, squat, lunge and locomotion.  The animal theme comes from the likeness of the movements to particular creatures such as bear crawl, frog squat donkey kicks…  give it a try!!
