The first stage involves meeting with a Personal Trainer for a lifestyle session; a 30-40 minute consultation to discuss your current fitness regime, eating and drinking habits and other aspects of your lifestyle. This is free of charge and a great time to build a rapport with the trainer and set out a plan to establish your goals. Once you’ve agreed on a training schedule, each 60 minute workout will combine a variety of methods to improve your fitness, health and body image. Our approach continues when you leave the gym with guidance on what to eat, how to exercise in your own time and advice on other lifestyle choices that may effect how quickly and effectively you reach your goals.
