HIIT – short bursts of high intensity workouts, improving cardio fitness and body strength.  HIIT or Tabata is a proven training method of 20-second effort mixed with a 10-second rest.  An effective and fat blasting workout to get your metabolism on a high not only during the workout but after as well. Be prepared to sweat!

POUND –  An exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
