Overview

During EMS, or Electrical Muscle Stimulation, a machine delivers electrical pulses that stimulate muscle contraction. EMS training heightens the contractions naturally occurring in your body and therefore intensifies your workout.

Cotton clothing is worn and a special suit made of antibacterial, easy-to-clean, and breathable fabric is placed on top. You will then be connected to an EMS device by a qualified trainer who places electrodes all over your body on the bulkiest part of each muscle group. It is strong yet lightweight and allows you to move with ease.

Once you are connected, your trainer guides you through a workout tailored to your body, and the pulses start firing up your muscles. Each workout is just 20-30 minutes but can be as effective as a session 6x as long!

After an intense workout, the electrode pads go into “massage mode” for your cool-down, so you can recover quickly and reap the benefits of your training session.

EMS can:

  • Build muscles and increase strength
  • Support Weight Loss
  • Increase endurance and speed
  • Rehabilitate and reduce back pain
  • Reduce cellulite by increasing blood circulation

Maximum twice per week
Not recommended for those who are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electric device, a heart condition or epilepsy.
