1. Operation Hours
a) The Club’s usual hours of operation are from 7am till 10pm.

b) The Management reserves the right to adjust the hours for various purposes such as cleaning, decorating, repairs, special private functions and holidays.

c) The Management shall provide reasonable notice of any change in its operation hours.

d) Please note that due to maintenance purposes men will be present at Dubai Ladies Club on Mondays from 6:00AM to 2:00PM. And men may be present on other days if necessary for technical issues, event setup, or other approved reasons. Additionally, the club will remain open during these times.
2. Club Facilities
a) The use of mobile phones with camera features and/or any other types of visual recorders in changing rooms are strictly prohibited. Members breaching this rule will be handed over to the Authorities to be dealt with accordingly.

b) To promote a healthy living environment, smoking is not permitted in any part of the Club.

c) For safety and to ensure visitor’s comfort, pets are not allowed within any part of the Club.

d) Loud music is not allowed, members are advised to use headphones.

e) Outside food not allowed in the club.
3. Membership
a) Membership status is non-assignable, non-transferable and non-refundable.

b) The Management reserves the right to reject an application for Club Membership, with valid & substantial reasons.

c) Upon acceptance, the Member will be issued with a Membership card. If a Membership card is lost or misplaced, the Management will issue a replacement card with a fee of AED 50.

d) Memberships are available to individuals who have attained a minimum age of 16 years old. Any applicant 15 years and below should be accompanied by an adult.

e) Boys aged 9 and above are not permitted entry inside the Club.

f) All complimentary benefits provided with the membership are not extendable.

g) Members should present their membership card upon entry, failure to present a valid membership card will not grant an access to the facilities.

h) Digital memberships cards are not acceptable, member should present a physical membership card.

i) Club has the right to cancel any membership without any notice due to misuse of membership cards.
4. Membership Fees
a) Joining fees is applicable for new members. Joining fees remain valid for up to 6 months after the expiry of a Membership. After 6 months has passed, joining fees must again be paid upon re-joining the club.

b) Membership fees are not refundable upon resignation or termination for any reason whatsoever.

c) Payments can be done either by visa cards and master cards.

d) The Management reserves the right to cancel any Membership on which fees are unpaid. Legal action will be taken to recover outstanding dues from the Member.

e) The Management reserves the right to introduce and vary the prices and categories of Membership from time to time. All fees are subject to change at any given time.
5. Freezing Membership
a) If the membership is eligible for freeze, a member must give a minimum 2 weeks notice in writing prior to the day of freezing. Members may not use the Club during this period.

b) DLC has the right to request for medical or traveling documents for any additional freeze request other than the entitled freeze.
6. Physical Condition of Member
a) The Member warrants and represents that she is in good physical condition and that she knows of no medical or other reason why she is not capable of engaging in active or passive exercise and that such exercise would not be detrimental to her health, safety, comfort or physical condition.

b) The Member should not use any Club facilities whilst suffering from any infections or contagious illness, disease or other ailment such as open cuts, abrasions, open sores or minor infection, where there is risk that such use may be detrimental to the health, safety, comfort or physical condition of other Members.

c) Members and their guests use the facilities at their own risk and are advised to consult their physician prior to commencing any type of physical exercise.
7. Expulsion of Members
The Management may terminate the Membership of any Member for the following reasons:

a) Without notice and with immediate effect if a Member’s conduct, whether or not such conduct is the subject of complaint by another Member or Members, is such that in the reasonable opinion of the Management, it is harmful to the character and/or interests of the Club.

b) Without notice and with immediate effect if the Member shall have committed any breach of Clause 7 (a) or the Rules & Regulations of the Club.

c) If any Membership fees remain unpaid after the due date for payment without given notice to the management.

d) Upon written notice, if the Company is of the opinion that the Member is not a suitable individual for continued Membership of the Club.

e) If a Member is found to have violated the privacy of any other Member within the shower and the changing rooms or are caught in lewd or compromising actions.

f) The management hold zero tolerance against aggressive behavior with the staff or other Members.

A Member shall forfeit all the privileges of Membership with immediate effect without claim of any refund of her joining fee or monthly Membership dues, other than any monthly Membership dues paid in advance. On termination of her Membership the Member shall return her Membership card and any other evidence or property of Membership provided to that Member by the Club and shall settle any outstanding debts.

8. Guests
a) Members introducing guests shall ensure that their guests complete a guest pass and pay the current fee.

b) A guest pass may be used only once and not for multiple entries.

c) Guests will be subject to the same Club Rules & Regulations as the Member. It is the responsibility of the Member introducing a guest to ensure that their guest follows the set rules.

d) The Management reserves the right to exclude any guest from the Club for valid reasons.

e) Guest pass rates are subject to vary from time to time.
9. Dress Code
a) All Members and guests are required to wear proper gym attire when exercising. No torn clothes are permitted.

b) Closed toe, rubber soled shoes are required at all times in the gymnasium and in the aerobic room. Proper squash shoes must be worn at all times in the squash courts.

c) Members should remain modestly and appropriately dressed at all times, including sauna, steam and changing rooms.

d) Correct swimwear must be worn; G-strings and top-less sunbathing is strictly prohibited.
10. Fitness Centre
a) Both staff and Members should exercise the highest levels of professionalism and respect at all times.

b) Do not leave your belongings unattended, the Club takes no responsibility for lost or misplaced items. Lockers are provided in the changing rooms to store your gear while you train.

c) Your safety is our highest priority, kindly help us maintain a safe environment by keeping the club clean.

d) Appointments booked for Induction, Body Composition Analysis and free Personal Training sessions are to be scheduled ahead of time. If client does not show up upon booking, the session will be deducted from the Membership.

e) Please make sure to show up on time for your Personal Training sessions. If a Personal Training package is purchased only two rescheduling is acceptable, any additional rescheduling will be deducted from your package. This is applicable for Members and Non-Members.

f) Under no circumstances should a Member train another Member for compensation. Please be aware that violation of Membership rules, can lead to termination.
11. Group Fitness Class Guidelines
a) Punctuality: If you are not present 5 minutes before the start of the class, your space or booking will be allocated to the next person on the waiting list.

b) Late Arrivals: cause disruption to the class and by missing the warm up you increase the risk of injury during the remainder of the class.

c) Leaving class during prayer time: It is important to slowly reduce your heart rate before praying, and after praying ensure to re-warm up your body to avoid injuries.
12. Limitation of Liability
All persons entering the Club and using its facilities will do so at their own risk, and must be responsible for their own safety and belongings. Neither the Club nor any of its employees shall have or be under responsibility or liability whatsoever for any injury, loss or damage caused to any person or property.
13. Others
a) For safe supervision, please ensure that there is a maximum of 3 children per guardian/adult when swimming.

b) Please be reminded the guardian rates entitle guardian visitors access to the facility in order to take care of the children. If the guardian wishes to swim, the adult rate is applicable and payment is immediate.

c) Soliciting and selling private personal training sessions or merchandises to any Member are prohibited and shall result in immediate termination of the Member with a penalty fine to be decided by Management.

d) Please don’t leave your personal belongings and valuable items unattended.

e) Lockers must be cleared daily. Unclaimed or lost properties will be kept by the Club for a period of 1 month after which the Management reserves the right to dispose of the items to an approved charitable organization. No claims shall be entertained after this period. Emirates IDs claims should be after 24 hours.

f) Neither display of commercial advertisements in the Club nor shall business of any kind be solicited or transacted on the property without the prior approval of the Management.

g) Members and Guests are not allowed to photograph or copy any Club interior, branding, design, logos and promotional materials. DLC reserves the right to proceed with legal action to any Member caught distributing, sharing or supplying such content to any third party.

h) First Aid points are located at receptions and at the gymnasium. Members and Guests that require any treatment should contact Customer Service Representatives at any of the receptions for assistance.

i) Member will be provided with a towel and locker key. If the locker key is lost or misplaced, the Management will issue a replacement key for a fee of AED 100.
